Standard Collection Returns

We accept returns on all standard collection rugs within 14 days of delivery. The rug must be in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Custom Studio Orders

Because custom rugs are specifically tailored to your dimensions and design requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Custom Studio orders. All custom sales are final.
